Description
The WICHMANN wood impregnation plant Model 308 is an industrial wood impregnation system for impregnating wooden components by dipping. Systems of this type are used in the wood industry to protect wood products against weathering, moisture, fungal attack or insect infestation.
The system operates fully automatically and allows precise control of the dipping, ventilation, and dripping processes. Various impregnation programs can be stored via the programmable control, allowing the system to be flexibly adapted to different types of wood and protective agents.
The system consists of a robust impregnation tank with a double-wall design and an integrated lifting device. The construction is TÜV certified and has CE certification. The lifting and clamping device ensures safe dipping and undipping of the workpieces into the impregnation medium.
Pumps and agitators ensure uniform mixing of the impregnation solution. An integrated stainless steel tank heater also enables controlled temperature regulation of the liquid.
The system described here has already been sold. However, a comparable new system can be supplied and individually designed by us.
