The SCHUNK TRIBOS SVP-2 is a high-quality manual clamping device for secure tool clamping in TRIBOS tool holders. Thanks to the integrated hand pump and pressure gauge, the required clamping pressure can be built up precisely and ergonomically. The device features a connection option for length measurement and, due to its compact design, offers an ideal solution for workshop or production environments.
Application Notes (Clamping/Unclamping Process):
1. Insert chuck with reduction insert
2. Close valve and operate hand lever (observe pressure gauge)
3. Insert or remove tool
4. Release pressure via relief valve
