Description
The PRIESS & HORSTMANN BAT CNC is an industrial drilling and insertion machine for the automated processing of doors and furniture components. The machine is specifically designed for commission-controlled drilling and inserting of hinges, as well as for handle, lock, and hardware drilling.
The system allows for precise and reproducible hinge drillings, handle drillings, lock drillings, and recesses for special hardware. This makes the machine particularly suitable for the industrial series production of doors and furniture fronts.
The basic machine consists of a sturdy and torsion-resistant machine frame with precise linear guides. The integrated servo positioning system works with ball-bearing spindles and backlash-free nuts, achieving very high positioning accuracy.
The user-friendly Ferrocontrol CNC screen control enables easy operation and programming of the machine. Drilling patterns and production programs are managed via an external host computer and can be directly transferred to the machine. Thanks to the freely programmable control, different workpiece sizes and hardware variations can be processed flexibly.
