Description
For sale is a collet chuck with HSK 63 taper Type 38 B for CNC machining centers. The tool holder is fine-balanced and designed for speeds up to 24,000 rpm. The precise manufacturing from high-quality steel ensures smooth running, which achieves high machining quality and a long service life of the tools used.
The collet chuck is suitable for clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation and can be used for various milling and machining processes. The robust construction ensures secure tool clamping even at high speeds.
Please note that the dimensions of this collet chuck may differ from commercially available HSK-63-F chucks. We expressly recommend not to use different chuck systems on one machine, as this can lead to damage to the spindle or tool changer.
Due to their flatter design, these collet chucks were often used in older CNC machines, for example in IMA Quadroflex or older HOMAG machining centers.
The item is used and may show slight signs of storage due to storage or previous use. These do not affect the function or usability of the tool holder.
