Adjustable Fence 700.080

Purpose: Precise positioning of workpieces for feeding into the machine.

Description: Horizontally manually adjustable, unheated, with guide carriage and adjustment spindle. Mechanical digital display for precise positioning.

Infeed Table 63.152

Purpose: Introducing wide or short workpieces at an exact angular position.

Description: Pneumatically retractable fence with safety shutdown. Sturdy aluminum tabletop, queried by limit switch.

Technical Data: Workpiece min. approx. 150 × 350 mm, max. approx. 600 × 1500 mm.

Milling Unit 08.378

Purpose: Processing the side narrow edges with milling tools in climb and conventional milling modes.

Description: Precision prismatic guides, adjustment via spindles and digital displays, extraction hoods for each tool. Three-phase flat motor with reinforced bearings and DC brake.

Glue Application Unit 04.0832

Purpose: Applying hot-melt adhesive to workpiece edges for bonding with edge material.

Description: Melting tank with large heating surface for fast heating. Electronic temperature control, thermostatically switched drive motor, automatic start and stop function.

PU Pre-melter 283.203

Purpose: Pre-melting polyurethane hot-melt adhesive and automatic filling of the glue container.

Description: Compact pre-melting unit with Teflon coating. Level control via level sensor with indicator light. Gentle temperature control for glue blocks.

End Trimming Unit 08.42

Purpose: Trimming front and rear edge overhang, flush or chamfered.

Description: Top and bottom edge unit on a common stand, height sensing, air nozzles, electro-pneumatic disengagement.

Copy Corner Buffing 08.604

Purpose: Finishing edges in the area of the front and rear edge and at the top and bottom corners.

Description: Motor on pivot lever for combined lifting and pivoting movement, automatic adjustment via top pressure, pneumatic lifting movement. Buffing motors controllable and adjustable.

Buffing Unit 08.617-4

Purpose: Cleaning and polishing the top and bottom workpiece edges.

Description: Four buffing discs (2 top, 2 bottom), horizontally and vertically adjustable, mounted at 15°. Automatic adaptation to workpiece thickness. Optional with holder for separating and cleaning agents.
