Das ATEMAG Quattro Function Line CNC-Aggregat ist ein Winkelaggregat mit vier horizontalen Werkzeugausgängen für flexible und anspruchsvolle Bearbeitungsprozesse ohne Werkzeugwechsel. Zwei Ausgänge sind für Bohrwerkzeuge, zwei für Fräswerkzeuge ausgelegt.
Durch die Kombination von bis zu vier unterschiedlich bestückten Werkzeugen in einem Aggregat lassen sich komplexe Bearbeitungsfolgen ohne Werkzeugwechsel abbilden – das reduziert Taktzeiten und erhöht die Wirtschaftlichkeit des Bearbeitungszentrums deutlich.
Diese Ausführung ist mit der Standard-Maschinenanbindung HSK 63F auf Balestrini Bearbeitungszentren abgestimmt. Andere Anbindungen (z. B. SK 30, HSK 63E) sind gegen Aufpreis auf Anfrage erhältlich.
