Das ATEMAG Mono Function Line CNC-Aggregat ist ein klassisches Winkelaggregat mit einem festen Werkzeugausgang für anspruchsvolle Bearbeitungsprozesse. Die hohe Spindeldrehzahl von bis zu 18.000 U/min in Kombination mit der hervorragenden Steifigkeit der Werkzeugspindel im Dauerbetrieb macht es zum vielseitigen Allrounder für Bohren, Fräsen und leichtes Sägen.
Typische Einsatzgebiete sind Dübelbohrungen in der Kante und Clamex-Nuten in der Platte im Möbelbau, das Sägen von Rückwandnuten, das Fräsen von Verbindern (z. B. Tectus) im Türenbau sowie das Fräsen von Rundzapfenverbindungen im Fensterbau.
Diese Ausführung ist mit der Standard-Maschinenanbindung HSK 63F auf Balestrini Bearbeitungszentren abgestimmt. Andere Anbindungen (z. B. SK 30, HSK 63E) sind gegen Aufpreis auf Anfrage erhältlich.
