Das ATEMAG Extra Zero Function Line ist ein Schlosskastenaggregat mit zwei horizontalen Werkzeugausgängen, speziell für Schlosskastenfräsung und Staketenbohrung. Die Werkzeugspindel ist axial fluchtend mit dem Konus angeordnet, wodurch die Bauform den Einsatz langer Werkzeuge bei besonders kleinem Störkreisdurchmesser erlaubt.
Typische Einsatzgebiete sind Schlosskastenfräsen und Stulpfräsen in der Kante bei Türen, Staketenbohrungen in Wange oder Handlauf bei Treppen sowie Dübelbohrungen und Bohrungen für Einlegeböden im Möbelbau. Auch Bohr- und Fräsarbeiten bei beengten Platzverhältnissen in der Maschine sind möglich. Diese Ausführung ist mit der Standard-Maschinenanbindung auf Format-4 Bearbeitungszentren abgestimmt.
