Product description
The DDS02.1-W100-D is a digital drive controller from the Indramat DIAX02 series. It is supplied from the common 300 V DC bus of the drive system and controls AC servo motors (e.g. Indramat MDD/MKD) with digital feedback. Slots U1–U5 take the interface and firmware modules that adapt the unit to its axis.
With a rated current of 100 A, the W100 is designed for powerful main and feed axes. As an original unit, it replaces a faulty controller 1:1 – no changes to wiring or control required.
Inspected: Removed from a running machine and inspected in-house (visual inspection, completeness check, verification of the type-plate data). Used part in clean condition with at most light, purely cosmetic marks. You receive exactly the item shown.
Compatibility & applications
Origin & machines: Unit DA01-00 (SN 263502-18593) comes from a WEEKE BP 155 machining center. The same Indramat drive technology is usually also used in the HOMAG BAZ 32 and BOF 32 and their predecessor models. Please compare the type designation on the type plate of your unit – we will be glad to check the fit with your machine before shipping.
For Indramat DIAX02 drive systems with 300 V DC bus (supplied e.g. by TVD/KDV supply modules). Typically used in CNC machining centers, including HOMAG and WEEKE machines.
