Product description
The DKC02.3-100-7-FW is the large drive controller of the Rexroth Indramat EcoDrive03 series. It powers and controls a servo motor with up to 100 A rated current, runs directly on the 3 AC 380–480 V mains and works with a DC bus rated voltage of 700 V. Command communication with the higher-level CNC or PLC runs via the SERCOS interface over fiber optics; commissioning is done via the serial interface X2.
Drives of this series are found in HOMAG and WEEKE woodworking machining centers, CNC machine tools and packaging and special-purpose machines. The pluggable terminal blocks allow exchange for a previous unit without rewiring.
The units come from running installations, were in operation until removal and show at most light cosmetic traces such as mounting marks. Type plate, material and serial number are present and legible in the photos. Each unit has been inspected and tested in-house; the serial number of the delivered unit is documented on the delivery note. The photos show the delivery state: the firmware module is removed and the slot behind the front flap is free.
Cosmetic note for completeness: on some of the units the hinge lugs of the plastic front flap are slightly marked. The flap sits and opens and closes normally; function, connections and electronics are not affected.
