Before you order: this unit ships without firmware module. An EcoDrive03 drive only runs with an FWA-ECODR3 series firmware module plugged in. Simply transfer the module from your old unit – that keeps your proven firmware version and avoids any version conflict with control and axis. If you need a module, we stock the FWA-ECODR3-SMT-01VRS-MS as a separate item. Product description

The DKC02.3-040-7-FW is the drive controller of the Bosch Rexroth Indramat EcoDrive03 series for single- and multi-axis applications. It is used in CNC machining centers, handling and woodworking machines, including HOMAG BOF and BAZ machines, and connects to the control via SERCOS interface over fiber optic cable.

The units come from running installations, were in service until removal and show only mounting marks. Type label, serial number and UL listing are present and legible in the photos. Every unit has been inspected and tested in-house.

The front carries the status display for operating and fault messages, the SERCOS fiber optic connectors and the pluggable I/O terminal blocks, so the drive can replace a faulty predecessor without rewiring.

The photos show the current delivery state: the firmware module has been removed and the slot behind the front flap is empty. On some units – not all – the hinge tabs of the plastic front flap are slightly damaged; the detail photo shows an example. The flap sits properly and opens and closes; function, connections and electronics are not affected. We mention it for completeness – it is a purely cosmetic point.
