Thanks to the increased grip of the special PU rubber compound, this set of feeder rollers offers a decisive advantage in daily use: Even with difficult or sensitive materials – such as coated panels, resinous woods, or lacquered surfaces – the feed remains constant and uniform.

This is particularly important in milling operations: workpieces that are not continuously guided cannot be machined precisely – resulting in chatter marks, milling errors, dimensional deviations, or visible unevenness on the surface.

These rollers effectively counteract this. The workpiece remains under uniform feed tension, ensuring clean milling edges, uniform surfaces, and reproducible quality – even with demanding materials and complex machining processes.

Description:

The offered set consists of four HighGrip feeder rollers. The rollers were specially designed for use in professional feeder units. The yellow, soft polyurethane coating provides up to 26% more grip than conventional rollers. This ensures a uniform, non-slip feed even with demanding materials.

The solid and precisely manufactured design with a cast aluminum core offers the advantage over steel cores that the tool is better protected in the event of accidental contact – which reduces both downtime and tool costs.

The rollers have a central bore of 35 mm and two additional mounting holes in a bolt circle of 8.5 mm on a 48 mm diameter.
