An original NUM Axis Interface Card from a NUM 1062 CNC control system is offered. The module originates from a Homag machine and is also suitable for Weeke woodworking machines with NUM 1062 control. The card serves as a central interface and signal processing unit for multiple axes and is designed for the reliable transmission of control and feedback signals between the CNC control and drive units.
The card features four parallel arranged Sub D connectors on the front with axis identification 1 to 4. These connections are used to connect the axis amplifiers and measuring systems. The mechanical design is in the typical NUM industrial format with a stable front panel and lateral guide elements for installation in the NUM card rack.

Centrally on the board are large-format NUM-specific ASIC components with NUM manufacturer identification and individual serial coding. These handle the internal data processing as well as the assignment of axis signals within the control system. The electronics are supplemented by quartz oscillators for clock generation and numerous passive components for filtering and stabilizing the signal paths.
On the back of the module, a multi-pin connector with the designation 8609 396 71 13 H45 000 E1 95 24 is installed. This serves as a direct connection to the backplane of the NUM 1062 control and ensures the internal power supply as well as data communication to the CPU module.
The circuit board carries several printed reference and assembly markings for clear identification of the module areas. The design is industrially high-quality and designed for continuous operation in CNC machines.
The card has been professionally tested and comes from a functional NUM 1062 control. It is ideal as a spare part for repairs or to secure machine stock in Homag and Weeke systems.
