The Renishaw MP 11 is a wired probe specifically designed for CNC machine tools with manual tool changes. This probe enables significant productivity gains through fast and precise part setup and inspection directly at the machine.

- Unidirectional repeatability : 1.0 µm (40 µin) at a test speed of 1000 mm/min (3.28 ft/min) with a 50 mm (1.97 in) long stylus.

- X and Y directions: 0.50 to 1.5 N (50 to 150 gf, 1.76 to 5.29 ozf)
- Z direction: 1.8 to 7.0 N (180 to 700 gf, 6.35 to 24.69 ozf)

Direct signal transmission to the CNC machine control :
- An interface unit is integrated in the probe head and processes signals between the probe and the machine control. The signals are transmitted via a spiral cable.

- An illuminated LED goes out as soon as the probe touches the workpiece.

External stylus spring pressure adjustment :
- Allows for quick and easy adjustment, especially useful when using heavy stylus combinations.

Stylus centering :
- Adjustment screws in the shaft allow the stylus to be aligned with the spindle center axis.

Flexible assembly :
- Can be mounted like any other tool in the system. Renishaw offers a variety of shanks modified to accommodate the MP 11 probe.

- It is recommended to incorporate a fail-safe spindle rotation lock into the system to ensure that spindle rotation is automatically prevented when the probe is in use.

Condition and scope of delivery:
This device is used but fully functional and was taken from a running system. The wiring must be adapted to the machine to be installed and is not included in the scope of delivery. The scope of delivery is as shown in the photos and includes components such as the Festo pneumatic cylinder.
