Die ATEMAG Sotto Function Line ist ein innovatives Unterfluraggregat, das speziell für die Bearbeitung von Werkstücken an der Unterseite auf CNC-Maschinen entwickelt wurde. Das Aggregat wird in die Spindel der Maschine eingespannt und leitet den Werkzeugausgang um, sodass das Werkzeug von unten in den Werkstoff eintaucht.
Typische Anwendungen sind die Unterflurfräsung von Dichtungsnuten bei Fenstern, Unterflurbohrungen (Standard und Topfband) bei Türen sowie Topfbandbohrungen und -fräsungen für Scharniere bei Möbeln und Küchen. Weitere Einsatzgebiete umfassen das Anzeichnen von Bohrbildern, Ausfräsungen für Fingerprint, Arbeitsplattenverbinder und Griffoliven sowie Dübelbohrungen. Diese Ausführung ist mit der Standard-Maschinenanbindung auf Balestrini Bearbeitungszentren abgestimmt. Intervallbetrieb erforderlich.
