Industrie Bediengerät mit TFT Display, Ethernet, USB, COM Schnittstellen und integriertem Embedded Steuerungssystem für CNC Bearbeitungszentren und Maschinenautomation
Bei diesem System handelt es sich um ein originales Ferrocontrol FIPC 1.7e Industrie Bedienpanel mit integriertem Embedded Industrie PC für CNC Maschinen und automatisierte Produktionsanlagen. Das Gerät wurde aus einer Priess und Horstmann CNC BAT demontiert und war dort als Bedien- und Steuerungseinheit im Einsatz.
Das Panel übernimmt die zentrale Kommunikation zwischen Bediener und Maschine. Über das integrierte Display werden Maschinenprogramme, Bearbeitungsdaten, Statusmeldungen und Diagnoseinformationen dargestellt. Gleichzeitig können über die Funktionstastatur Programme gestartet, Parameter verändert oder Maschinenfunktionen direkt gesteuert werden.
Durch die umfangreiche Schnittstellenausstattung eignet sich das Ferrocontrol System hervorragend als Ersatzteil, Retrofit Lösung oder Austauschgerät für bestehende Maschinenanlagen. Die vorhandenen seriellen Schnittstellen werden typischerweise zur Kommunikation mit SPS Steuerungen, Achsreglern, CNC Controllern oder industrieller Peripherie verwendet.
Das integrierte Embedded Betriebssystem auf MS DOS Basis wurde speziell für stabile industrielle Daueranwendungen entwickelt. Systeme dieser Bauart wurden häufig im Bereich Holzbearbeitung, Möbelindustrie, CNC Fertigung sowie Sondermaschinenbau eingesetzt.
Durch die robuste Industrieausführung ist das Bedienpanel optimal für den langfristigen Einsatz in Produktionsumgebungen geeignet. Besonders bei älteren Priess und Horstmann CNC Anlagen sind originale Ferrocontrol Systeme heute nur noch schwer verfügbar und daher für Instandhaltung und Ersatzteilbevorratung interessant.
