Das ATEMAG Vario Classic Smart Line CNC-Aggregat bietet eine stufenlose Winkeleinstellung von 0° bis 100° via Nonius und Griffstange und eignet sich damit flexibel für unterschiedlichste Bearbeitungswinkel – auch in Kompaktmaschinen. Typische Einsatzgebiete sind Beschlagbohrungen im Winkel (z. B. 93° oder 97° Anuba-Bänder) im Türenbau, Clamex-Nuten in beliebigem Winkel, Gehrungsschnitte für Eckverbindungen sowie das Schleifen von Kanten.
Diese Ausführung ist mit der Standard-Maschinenanbindung HSK 63F auf Morbidelli Bearbeitungszentren abgestimmt. Andere Anbindungen (z. B. SK 30, HSK 63E, SK30-Zahnkranz) sind gegen Aufpreis auf Anfrage erhältlich.
