Die ATEMAG Extra Plus Function Line ist ein Schlosskastenaggregat mit Hochgeschwindigkeitsmechanismus für die industrielle Türenfertigung auf CNC-Bearbeitungszentren. Anders als klassische Schlosskastenaggregate arbeitet die Extra Plus Function Line mit einem oszillierenden Antrieb: Das Werkzeug wird über eine pendelnde Bewegung in das Werkstück eingetrieben, was die Taschenfräsung erheblich beschleunigt.
In einem Arbeitsschritt bearbeitet das Aggregat zunächst die Stulpfräsung in der Kante, dreht anschließend um 180° und fräst die Schlosskastenvertiefung – komplett ohne Drehen des Werkstücks und ohne Werkzeugwechsel. Während klassische Schlosskastenbearbeitung ohne Schließblechbohrung durchschnittlich 80-90 Sekunden benötigt, erledigt die Extra Plus Function Line dieselbe Bearbeitung in 15-20 Sekunden. Diese Ausführung ist mit der Standard-Maschinenanbindung auf Balestrini Bearbeitungszentren abgestimmt.
