Das ATEMAG Bandschleifaggregat integriert die Funktionen eines Bandschleifers direkt in die CNC-Maschine und ermöglicht präzise Schleifbearbeitungen von konvexen und ebenen Holzkanten. Das Aggregat wird über den Werkzeugwechsler aufgenommen und in die Spindel der CNC-Maschine eingespannt.
Zum Einsatz kommt ein Schleifband mit den Abmessungen 533 x 75 mm. Je nach gewünschtem Schleifergebnis können unterschiedliche Körnungen verwendet werden. Die CNC-Steuerung gewährleistet dabei eine präzise Kontrolle über den gesamten Schleifvorgang – ein klarer Vorteil bei der Produktion von Möbeln, Türen und anderen Holzprodukten. Diese Ausführung ist mit der Standard-Maschinenanbindung auf Format-4 Bearbeitungszentren abgestimmt.
