Machine description

HI-TRONIC DEVICE: high technology on the saw carriage.
Excellent finishing and cutting precision even at high speeds thanks to the fully electronic control of the saw blades.

FLEXCUT 1 / D: more cuts in less time.
High efficiency thanks to the two slides with completely independent travel. Drastic reduction in cycle times thanks to the simultaneous processing of several strips with different cuts.
Extreme flexibility, as the mobile unit is equipped with two tongs (one of which can be swiveled away); which enables diverse strip widths that can be clamped.

PRISM GUIDES WITH BALL RECIRCULATION: maximum linearity and minimum friction.
Increase in production capacity thanks to maximum speed achievable both during feed (100 m / min with individual panels, 50 m / min with panel packs) and during return (up to 170 m / min). The central lubrication controlled by the CNC guarantees a considerable reduction in maintenance.

SLIDER: maximum linearity and lasting precision.
A cyclical acceleration is achieved due to the high speed during the return phase (up to 135 m / min). The central lubrication is automated with the help of the PC (video monitoring of the functionality) and ensures maintenance-free operation.
